The RFID functionality is ideal for managing charger usage. If multiple people have access to the charger, unauthorized usage on your account can be prevented. Only individuals with the correct RFID card can start charging.

With the Wi-Fi-enabled version, these restrictions can be managed via a mobile app, allowing you to disable the limitation so charging starts automatically when connected to a vehicle. The app also offers various features, including setting limits on RFID cards for the maximum kWh that can be charged.

If the set energy limit is used up, the card must be topped up, similar to a prepaid mobile phone. For example, with a 100 kWh credit on the card, a 40 kWh battery can be charged 2.5 times. After that, additional credit can be obtained from the person managing the charger.

Important: An NFC-enabled phone is required to add credits to RFID cards.
