CCS2-CCS1 fast charger adapter - for charging electric cars manufactured in the United States in Europe.
Almost all fast-charging stations in the EU use three types of connectors: DC cHadeMO; AC Type 2 and DC Combined Charging System (CCS2). To charge electric cars with a CCS1 socket from a CCS2 fast charging station, you must use this adapter.
This may occur on electric cars imported from North America, as there is virtually no CCS1 fast charger in Hungary. This can be remedied by using the converter cable, which allows the use of charging stations with CCS2 charging heads.
